Mark Pfeffer – CEO
Mark Pfeffer has successfully delivered more than $800 million in projects, spanning over 4.2 million square feet, on time and within budget. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of consolidated rent-a-car (ConRAC) facility development, having led the team that coordinated, designed, financed, and built the first privately developed ConRAC in the United States at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in 2007. He subsequently led the design-build private delivery of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport ConRAC which opened in 2015. In 2016, Mark and his team delivered the first privately financed consolidated rental car facility in the United States for the Bismarck Airport.
In addition, Mark served with the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority for 17 years, with 6 years as chair. This organization assists local government entities finance capital improvement projects with funds generated by selling the Authority’s bonds on the national municipal bond market. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska.
